Sudhir Kumar possesses extensive experience in program operations within the nonprofit sector, particularly at Room to Read since January 2006. As a Senior Manager for Program Operations, Sudhir coordinates literacy and girls' education initiatives across 11 states, effectively managing programs in Delhi and Rajasthan on an interim basis. Previously, as State Manager for Chhattisgarh, Sudhir developed state strategies and led the Vijayi life skill program for girls across 179 institutions. In earlier roles, Sudhir established programs in Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand, and served as a Program Coordinator at SRKPS. Sudhir holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Viveka Nanda Vidya Mandir, Ranchi, and is an alum of the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
