Kevin has established himself as a leader with the ability to expertly guide teams from master planning and pre-construction processes all the way through project completion. Throughout his 18-year career at Shawmut, Kevin has gained experience and responsibility, working his way up from Assistant Project Manager to Vice President. He has built lasting relationships with local colleges and universities due to his work with all facets of campus construction, building everything from administrative offices, to fast-track dining renovations, to historic renovation/preservation projects. Thanks to this wide range of expertise, the clients consider Kevin a full-service academic leader.
As a long-term veteran on academic sites, he has developed a strong sense of how to plan and manage complex construction around the constraints of an occupied campus, and believes strongly in the value of immersing ourselves in the campus so that they may learn the needs of students and faculty before they develop logistics plans and schedules. Kevin delivers on Shawmut’s goal of exceptional client service at every level — he understands what clients are looking for from their construction managers, and ensures those expectations are met, and exceeded.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
