Matthew R. is an experienced property management professional currently serving as the District Manager at Rookwood Properties, overseeing seven suburban properties in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati suburbs since March 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew managed a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties as the Multi Site Residential & Commercial Property Manager at Towne Properties from July 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included nine residential communities and seven commercial spaces. From July 2018 to July 2021, Matthew held the position of Multi Site Business Manager at North American Properties, managing financial accounts and operational aspects for a large portfolio of 525 units in downtown Cincinnati. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati College of Arts and Sciences, completing the degree between 2001 and 2006, and graduated with a high school diploma from J. P. Taravella High School in 2001.
