Chad Rempp is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Roofstock since May 2022, Chad previously held the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at TrueCar, Inc. from August 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included strategic planning for new product launches, expanding team capacity, and enhancing development processes. Chad's earlier roles include technical leadership at TrueCar, where management of multiple teams facilitated the growth of digital retailing products, as well as key development positions at Blue Earth Interactive, TECNAVIA, and Executive Speaking, Inc. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota.
