Greg Grace currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Roofit.Solar, focusing on the integration of solar technology with traditional Nordic metal roof designs. Previously, Greg owned OU TSHINE, specializing in international trade, sales, and marketing consulting, and held various leadership roles at Incap, including Member of the Management Board and Managing Director. As CEO of Skano Group, Greg led business development and sales efforts. Early career experiences include positions at Coca-Cola HBC and The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities included managing key accounts across the Baltics. Greg also held managerial roles in beverage distribution at NSB Kaubanduse Ltd. and gained initial industry experience at Paulaton Ltd. Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Virginia.
