Jan Navatkoski has a diverse work experience, primarily in leadership roles. Jan served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for multiple organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House New York, Food Bank For New York City, and Feeding South Florida. In these positions, they oversaw various departments, such as Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Administration, and implemented best practices to optimize operations and drive growth. Prior to their CFO roles, Jan worked as a Financial Management Consultant, providing interim CFO and management expertise to businesses and not-for-profits. Jan also held positions in prominent financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank and Citi, where they served as the Chief Administrative Officer, Director and Global Business Manager/COO, Director, respectively. Throughout their career, Jan has demonstrated strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills, as well as expertise in implementing strategic initiatives and managing risks. Jan has a proven track record of success in rebuilding departments, championing system improvements, and establishing clear financial plans for organizations.
