Jamillah Hoy-Rosas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jamillah is currently the Head of Population Health & Healthcare Experience at Ronald McDonald House New York. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at Redesign Health, where they provided guidance on clinical operations, research, and care coordination strategies. As a Member of Chief, an organization for senior women leaders, Jamillah strengthened their leadership journey and cross-pollinated ideas across industries. At Motto, they served as both an Advisor and the Chief Clinical Officer, showcasing their expertise in clinical program design and operations. Before that, they held various roles at One Drop, including Vice President of Clinical Program Design and Operations, Vice President of Clinical Operations, and Director of Clinical Operations. Jamillah'scareer began at City Health Works, where they worked their way up from Clinical Care Manager to Director of Health Coaching & Clinical Partnerships, and ultimately became the Chief Health Officer. Jamillah also gained experience as a Medical Case Manager at The Family Center and as the Director of the WIC Program at Betances Health Center. Overall, Jamillah's work experience demonstrates their expertise in population health, clinical operations, and healthcare leadership.
Jamillah Hoy-Rosas, MPH, RDN, CDCES completed their Bachelor's degree in Biological Basis of Behavior at the University of Pennsylvania. Jamillah then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health Nutrition from the NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Jamillah also obtained the Registered Dietician (RD) certification from the CDR and became a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES) through the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. Recently, they completed the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars National Leadership Institute as a Clinical Scholar Fellow, focusing on Maternal Health Matters.
