Julie Reid has extensive experience in education, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Reading Incentive Program Director at Rome City Schools since July 2018, Julie has previously held various teaching and administrative positions, including 7th Grade English Language Arts Teacher at Rome Middle School and roles in elementary education at schools in Tift County, Paulding County, Blount County, and Ft. Wayne Community Schools. Julie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ball State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Paul Harding High School. Throughout the career, Julie has focused on reading programs and early intervention, showcasing a commitment to literacy and student development.
