Nick is an innovative and results-driven leader. He has extensive recent experience leading a team to perform a “fresh look” analysis of the health care for Veterans in the entire Pacific region for the VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) and VAPIHCS. He developed a patent-pending Workload Allocation Model (WAM) process used in allocating and reallocating the workload across multiple facilities in order to improve the access for our veterans. Nick holds a Master of Science – Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science – Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
