Larisa Budaca has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Larisa started their career as a General Manager for Golden Tulip Victoria Bucharest Hotel, a four-star property located downtown on Calea Victoriei. Larisa was responsible for the business strategy, P&L statement, guests, and employees satisfaction, focusing on profitability, market share, operational, customer journey. After 11 years with Golden Tulip, they moved on to Excellence Hotel Management where they provided project based, management and business consulting services.

In their most recent role as Managing Director for Eventive, Larisa was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. Eventive is a full-service event planning company that specializes in corporate events. During their two-year tenure, they successfully managed a wide variety of events, including conferences, conventions, and trade shows.

Larisa Budaca is currently an Advisor at Romanian-Canadian MBA. In this role, they provide advice and guidance to students pursuing their MBA degree.

The education for Larisa Budaca includes a Master of Business Administration from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), a Manager Diploma from Institutul National de Formare si Management in Turism, and a Master's degree in Sport Management from Facultatea de Educație Fizică și Sport. Larisa also has a Diploma of Interior Designer (HORECA & Residential) from Ministerul Muncii and a General Manager Program from ESSEC Business School.
