Henri Williams, MPH, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health, mental health, and addiction services. Currently serving as a Diocesan Review Board Member for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany since March 2022, Williams also holds key roles as Executive Board Member Secretary and Chair of the Mental Health Subcommittee for the County of Albany Community Services Board, and Board Member for St. Anne Institute, where involvement includes finance and membership committees. Previously, Williams retired as Director of the Bureau of Housing Services at the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports, overseeing initiatives to reduce homelessness for individuals with substance use disorders. Additional roles have included serving on the boards of Girls Inc GCR, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region, and providing independent consultancy services. With a robust academic background consisting of a Master's in Public Health from the University at Albany and various other qualifications, Williams demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing health policy and community support.
