Rob Stout is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both theology and management. Currently serving as a Permanent Deacon for the Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis since February 2022, Stout was ordained in June 2013 by Donald Cardinal Wuerl while serving the Archdiocese of Washington. Stout's career also includes a role as Program Planning Director at Leidos since September 2013 and over 14 years in various leadership positions at SAIC, including Assistant Vice President and Business Process Consultant. Prior experience encompasses a senior planner role at Boeing Information Services and president of R. W. Stout & Company, Inc., specializing in consulting services for manufacturing companies. Stout holds a Master of Theology from Catholic International University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
