Wei-Liang Chew is a seasoned software professional currently serving as Software Team Lead at Rolo Robotics since December 2023. Prior to this role, Wei-Liang held various positions at EngageRocket from November 2017 to October 2023, including Lead Backend Developer, where responsibilities encompassed software architecture, technical management and mentorship, and software development in Golang and Ruby on Rails. Earlier experience includes developer roles at Tinkerbox Studios Pte Ltd from September 2015 to November 2017, focusing on back-end Ruby on Rails programming and front-end development, while adhering to AGILE practices. Wei-Liang earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Systems Technology and Design from the Singapore University of Technology and Design between 2012 and 2015.
