Sinead Hyland is an experienced professional in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Programme Lead and Scrum Master on Project Orpheus at Rolls-Royce since July 2019, focusing on Agile Transformation within the Small Engines portfolio. Prior to this role, Sinead held positions at GKN Aerospace, first as Project Engineer in Additive Manufacturing, where responsibilities included planning and delivering Ti6Al4v EBM components, and previously as a Graduate Engineer in the Engineering, Technology and Quality Graduate Programme, managing REACh Supply Chain compliance. Sinead's career began with an Engineering Internship at Lufthansa Technik Turbine Shannon. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick.
