Robby Alumbaugh has extensive experience at Rolls-Royce, starting as a Mechanical Design Engineer and progressing to their current role as Supplier Technical Assurance Manager. Since July 2011, Robby has held various positions, including Supplier Quality Manager and Quality Manager, where Robby led the successful development and implementation of the Quality Management System to achieve AS9100 certification. As Inspection Team Lead, Robby managed inspection teams and ensured timely delivery and quality of gas turbine engine components. In previous roles, Robby focused on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and cost reduction using Six Sigma tools. Robby holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2011.
