Phil Wingrove is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in design engineering, currently overseeing Compressor Components within Rolls-Royce's Gas Turbines Supply Chain since January 2005. In this role, Phil manages a team of 42 permanent designers alongside 30 subcontract designers through Assystem. Phil also served as the R&T Team Lead for Composites, focusing on the delivery of composite Fan Blade, Casing, and Annulus filler components. Previously, Phil worked as a Design Engineer for key aerospace engines and began a career as a Graduate Engineer at Bombardier Transportation. Phil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester.
