Oliver Schwabe, PhD, serves as the Group Risk Manager for Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities include promoting effective risk management and developing a comprehensive risk framework in collaboration with the Executive Team. Previous roles within Rolls-Royce encompass positions as Risk Partner and IT Security, Risk & Compliance Partner in the Civil Aerospace division. Additionally, Oliver Schwabe actively contributes as Cybersecurity Manager for the Major Cities of Europe and chairs the Open European Network for Enterprise Innovation, facilitating connections for young innovators. Prior experience includes managing Eurofocus International Consultants Ltd and serving in various consulting and engineering roles dating back to the US Navy. Oliver Schwabe holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Manufacturing from Cranfield University and currently pursues post-doctoral research in Innovation Diffusion Ecosystems.
