Nick Luff is a Non–Executive Director at Rolls-Royce. Nick has previously served as Audit Committee Chair at Lloyds Banking Group, CENTRICA PLC, and QINETIQ GROUP PLC. Nick was also Chief Financial Officer at P&O and P&O Princess Cruises plc. Prior to that, they worked as an accountant at KPMG.

Nick Luff has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
