Lindsay (Markle) Ratliff serves as the Vice President of Government Relations at Rolls-Royce since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Legislative Director and Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Jim Banks (R-IN) in the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing legislation and leading efforts on the House Armed Services Committee. Lindsay also held positions as Military Legislative Assistant for Congressman Banks and Emerging Threats Staff Assistant for Chairman John McCain on the Senate Armed Services Committee. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations and Economic Development from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University with majors in Political Science and Sociology. Additional experience includes work with the Foreign Policy Initiative focusing on national security and foreign policy initiatives.
