Leanne Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources within the manufacturing and nuclear sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing at Rolls-Royce since April 2012, Leanne has held various significant roles, including HR Business Partner for Nuclear, Head of Organisation Capability, and People Project Lead. Prior experience includes the position of Head of Manufacturing at Rolls-Royce Nuclear from November 2020 to March 2022, along with a focus on delivery and nuclear capability from April 2017 to November 2020. Earlier in the career, Leanne worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Nationwide Regional Brands and as a Senior HR Project Manager and HR Business Partner at Derbyshire Building Society. Leanne Walker holds a degree from the University of Derby.
