Clayton Sharp, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Tax Manager at Rollins, Inc., a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Clayton accumulated extensive experience at PwC, progressing from Tax Associate to Tax Manager over a seven-year tenure from January 2016 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes an internship at Barnwell Consulting, LLC, where Clayton analyzed potential tax strategies for clients, and a tax internship at Smith & Howard, where Clayton completed and filed tax returns for diverse clientele. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University.
