Teasa L. Mays, MHR, serves as the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Rollins College, a position held since December 2008. Mays has progressed through various roles within the college, starting as an Accounts Payable Specialist, then advancing to Administrative Assistant/Student Employee Supervisor, and later becoming Program Coordinator for Diversity and Inclusion, followed by Assistant Director of Diversity and Inclusion. Mays plays a key role in the admissions process focusing on the recruitment and matriculation of diverse students to meet diversity goals. Mays holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Rollins College (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Leadership from the same institution (2009-2017).
