Marshall Mies is an accomplished entrepreneur currently working with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. since April 2021. With extensive culinary experience, Mies has held various cooking positions, including Cook at Rolling Hills Country Club since December 2017, Line Cook at Trump National Golf Club from February 2015 to June 2018, and Cook at Wichita Country Club from February 2014 to December 2014. Additional cooking roles include BJ's Restaurants, Inc. and DeFazio's. Mies began a career in the medical field as a Medical Biller at Torrance Memorial Physician Network from June 2003 to August 2012. Mies holds a diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena and has completed studies at El Camino College and Bishop Montgomery High School.
