Tezcan Unlu started their work experience in 2016 as a Campus Representative for IAESTE at Koç University. In 2016, they also became a Student Ambassador for the Industrial Engineering Community Association (EMT) and served as the Treasurer for INFORMS Koç University Student Chapter. In 2017, they worked as a Waiter at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. and as a Housekeeper at Newport Hospitality Group, Inc. Tezcan also became the Vice President for External Relations at Koç University Industrial Engineering Society before joining METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry as a Purchasing Intern. In 2019, Tezcan worked as a Marketing Intern for The Coca-Cola Company. Currently, they hold the position of Monetization Manager at Rollic, starting in 2020.

Tezcan Unlu completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Koç University from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, Tezcan attended Adana Anadolu Lisesi, though no specific degree name or field of study was provided for this period. In addition to their formal education, Tezcan obtained a certification in "Machine Learning and AI Foundations: Value Estimations" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
