Preetha Balan has extensive experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as Manager at NPAworldwide Member-Owners since December 2015. In addition, Preetha has been with Roljobs Technology Services Pvt Ltd since December 2006, holding the roles of Principal Searchologist and Operations Manager, specializing in social media recruitment. Prior experience includes positions at Roland & Associates from May 2004 to November 2006, where Preetha advanced from HR Recruiter to Senior Recruiter and ultimately to Lead Recruiter.
