Mateo Ventura is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and support. Currently serving as Manager - IT at ROLEX since February 2019, Mateo previously held key positions at UBP - Union Bancaire Privée, including Head of IT Service Management and Global Service Desk Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating IT service management groups and overseeing IT support teams. Mateo's earlier experience includes leading IT support teams at Darest and providing executive support for various projects at both JT International SA and Nissan International SA. Mateo began a career in information technology as an apprentice at Ville de Genève. Mateo holds a Certificat Fédéral de Capacité en Informatique and Maturité Professionnelle in Information Technology from the Centre de Formation Professionnelle Genève.
