Katherine Comly currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Rokt since September 2024, following a tenure at MIAX Exchange Group where Katherine held the position of Assistant Vice President and Associate Counsel, managing complex commercial agreements. Katherine also led the company's ESG program as Director of ESG, overseeing a committee of over 35 members and driving initiatives in environmental impact and diversity. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, Katherine instructed on International Legal Research and prepared students for the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Katherine's previous roles include student attorney at Seton Hall Law School's Center for Social Justice and legal intern positions at organizations such as the Global Justice Center and the United Nations OCHA, complemented by a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
