Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions and hardware for educational devices, currently working at SMART Technologies since July 2010. Previously, Chris held roles as a Firmware Engineer and Electronics Contractor, contributing to the development of interactive technology and educational tools. With experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, Chris supported engineering instruction and assessment. Prior work as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom involved designing control systems for forestry equipment. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
