Katie Koprowski currently serves as the Director, HR Business Partner at Roivant Sciences, where responsibilities include supporting the US employee base in various HR disciplines and advising senior leaders on strategic HR matters. Prior experience at UBS includes roles such as Associate Director of Employee Relations, where Katie investigated workplace concerns across the Americas and acted as a subject matter expert in employee relations. Additional HR experience encompasses roles in digital HR, campus recruitment, and client services, along with earlier positions in financial counseling within the healthcare sector. Katie holds a BA in Psychology with a focus on business from Auburn University.
