Jenna Kuhl is a senior consultant at ROI Communication. Jenna has over ten years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on customer success and content strategy.

Jenna started their career at Proofpoint, where they were a senior marketing communications manager. In this role, they managed the creation and execution of marketing communication plans and integrated web strategies for launches, campaigns, programs and initiatives. Jenna also provided content strategy and communications coaching within product marketing and corporate and marketing organizations.

After Proofpoint, Jenna spent two years as the senior manager of WW Customer Reference Programs at Hitachi Data Systems. In this role, they were responsible for the management of all creative services and customer references globally. Jenna also directed the integrated marketing efforts regarding new content across all marketing groups worldwide.

In February 2017, Jenna co-founded CareerFlex LLC, a company that provides career coaching and flexible job opportunities. Jenna ran the company until October 2018, when they joined ROI Communication as a senior consultant.

Jenna Kuhl received a B.S. in Public Relations from San Jose State University with a minor in Business Marketing.
