Peter has been a member of the Credit Union since 2014 and was elected to the Board in 2017. He also serves on other various Board committees.

Peter was elected as a full-time mayor for the city of Pocatello, Idaho, for two terms (1990-1998). He has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Dean of College Services at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City. Peter served as President of Colorado Northwestern Community College prior to moving to the Rogue Valley where he became President of Rogue Community College (RCC) from 2004 to his retirement in 2016.

Peter serves on the Board of Directors for Asante, the Four Way Community Foundation, and is the Treasurer of the RCC Foundation.
