Sushma Thapa is a Software Engineer specializing in Test Automation at RFA Engineering since September 2021, where Sushma also serves as the Team Lead for Test Automation. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University, focusing on optimizing statistical regression and machine learning techniques to predict water stress in vineyards from August 2018 to May 2021. Sushma has also worked as a Technical Proposal Writer for a joint venture in Nepal, conducting analyses on energy deficits and establishing energy audit guidelines in early 2018. Earlier internships include a position at the Alternative Energy Promotion Center, where Sushma conducted field visits and data analyses for biogas generation potential, and a brief internship at the Dairy Development Corporation. Sushma holds a Master's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Washington State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Engineering.
