Olaf Burgers possesses extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Sales & Marketing Director for EMEA Elastomeric Material Solutions at Rogers Corporation since March 2000. Throughout a progressive career at Rogers, Olaf has held various roles including Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Area Sales Manager, focusing on business development and expanding customer relationships across Europe and Africa. Prior to Rogers, Olaf gained valuable skills at Anderson & Vreeland in both the Netherlands and the USA, where responsibilities ranged from technical support to product management. Education includes executive training in Finance for Senior Managers from Rotterdam School of Management and Leadership training from Bradley University.
