Li Zhang has work experience as a Principal Engineer at Rogers Corporation since 2013. Prior to that, Li worked as a Scientist at The Dow Chemical Company from 2007 to 2013.

Li Zhang earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Chemical Engineering from Qingdao University of Science and Technology in 1997. From 1997 to 2000, Li pursued a Master's degree in Applied Chemistry at SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. Later on, they attended Lehigh University from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering.
