Diane Kazarian, FCPA, FCA, CPA(US), ICD.D, GCB.D, is currently a Corporate Director at Rogers Communications and active in several other leadership roles, including Director at Unity Health Toronto, Corporate Director at Choice Properties and Gibson Energy, and Director at MaRS Discovery District. They served as Managing Partner at PwC Canada from 2008 to 2018, bringing extensive experience in banking and capital markets. Additionally, Diane is the Chair of the Board for the St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation. Their career began at KPMG, where they progressed from Associate to Manager between 1983 and 1990.
