Susan Beissmann has an extensive background in human resources and strategic project management, currently serving as the Head of Global HR Processes at Röhm since August 2019. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Project Management and Human Resources Business Partner at Evonik, as well as Senior Manager of Capability Development at Schaeffler. Earlier career experience includes various management positions at BP, focusing on strategy, planning, and human resources within the retail and gas sectors. Susan Beissmann holds a Master's degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg, completed between 1983 and 1986.
