Shawn M. Strohman, CCM, Assoc. DBIA, currently serves as a City Councilman for the City of Escalon since December 2022. Strohman has extensive experience in construction management, holding the position of Project Executive and Senior Construction Manager at Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. since March 2018. Prior roles include Senior Construction Manager at AECOM from October 2015 to March 2018, Construction Manager at Vanir Construction Management from May 2007 to October 2015, and Construction Manager at Kimball Hill Homes from 2004 to 2007. Strohman began a career as a Project Engineer/Estimator at Dick Corporation from 2002 to 2004 and gained initial experience as a Project Coordinator Intern at The Presidio Trust from June 2000 to August 2002. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology (1999-2001), a Certificate in Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame (2013), and a Diploma from St. Mary's! (1982-1989).
