Lisa Henning began their work experience in 2016 as an intern at Schaeffler. From there, they worked as a student marketeer for Red Bull from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Lisa joined Webhelp as a recruitment specialist and later became an HR project manager. Since 2022, they have been employed at Rödl & Partner, where they started as a talent acquisition specialist and is now the head of recruiting.

Lisa Henning attended Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. In February 2023, they obtained a certification in "Bewerberinterviews professionell führen" from Haufe Akademie.
