Jim Hope has extensive experience in IT management and support across various organizations. Currently serving as an IT Manager at Rödl & Partner - Rödl Langford de Kock LLP since October 2013, Jim manages a Technical Support team that handles enterprise desktop hardware, software applications, and financial management support. Previously, Jim worked as an IT Specialist, providing end-user support in a growing accounting firm. Jim's background also includes positions as an AV Systems Engineer/Technology Specialist at Hall County Schools, where oversight of HD video conferencing systems was essential, an IT Sales Engineer at GSI Office Environments focusing on building sales pipelines, and a Desktop Support Analyst at Blue Cube Software, delivering technical support and managing documentation. Jim holds a certification as a Georgia Home Inspector from Gwinnett Tech.
