Aldrin Arena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at ¸éضٷ¡ Microphones since February 2021, Aldrin focuses on value stream gap analysis, business process automation, and project management. Prior to this role, Aldrin was the Head of IT at The Consortium Centre Australasia Pty Ltd for 14 years, overseeing IT solution platforms and providing strategic support to stakeholders. Earlier in the career, Aldrin held the position of IT Manager at Ayala Land, Inc. Aldrin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College/University, earned from 1990 to 1995.
