Rune Hyldbakk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles within the field of emergency preparedness and training. Since August 2013, Rune has served as Teaching Leader for Midt-Norge and Project Manager at Røde Kors Førstehjelp AS. Previously, from April 2010 to July 2013, Rune worked as a Project Manager at the Norwegian Red Cross. Earlier career roles include Tour Leader and Technical Manager at Victoria Productions AS (2003-2007) and Technician at Trondheim Lyd (2000-2003). Rune holds a Bachelor's degree in International Readiness from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, completed in 2019.
