Leigh Anne Haugh is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the skincare and human resources sectors. Since April 2014, Leigh Anne has served as the CEO and President of a personal skincare business with Rodan + Fields, which is recognized as the 4th largest premium skincare company in the United States. Prior to this role, Leigh Anne held the position of Director of Business Development at Worth New York from September to November 2014, focusing on recruiting and training a network of Sales Agents in the Dallas Metro Area and East Texas. From June 1995 to December 2013, Leigh Anne was a shareholder at Just Brakes, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources operations, policy development, employee recruitment, and safety compliance. Leigh Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Christian University, with earlier education at Ursuline Academy of Dallas.
