Will Horne serves as General Counsel at Rodan Energy Solutions Inc., overseeing legal, regulatory, and stakeholder matters since April 2023. Prior to this role, Will Horne was Director of Legal and Stakeholder Relations at McCarthy Tétrault from August 2018 to April 2023, focusing on project development, M&A, securities, and ESG services in the energy sector. Will Horne has also held positions at the Department of Justice Canada, providing policy and parliamentary advice, and practiced law as an Associate at Stewart McKelvey, gaining experience in various areas including corporate transactions and litigation. Will Horne holds a JD from Dalhousie University, where studies were completed in 2014, and a BA (Hons.) in International Development & Music from the same institution, earned in 2011.
