Christopher Denton is an experienced professional in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Reservations Manager at Rocky Mountaineer since April 2016. In this role, Christopher leads the execution of sales strategies through various channels and oversees the operations of a large contact center. Previously, as the Inside Sales Team Lead, Christopher coordinated sales operations and focused on client satisfaction and retention. Prior to Rocky Mountaineer, Christopher was the Reservations Manager at Kiwi Collection, where responsibilities included managing the reservation department and training teams in a fast-paced environment. Christopher began the career as a Revenue Management Coordinator at Transat, where contributions included managing Caribbean and European territories and driving revenue growth through strategic promotions. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Simon Fraser University and is a graduate of the LEAD Program at UBC Sauder School of Business.
