Chris Carpenter is an experienced operations manager at Rocky Mountain Power since September 2017, overseeing the day-to-day operations of an electric utility to impact corporate objectives positively. Prior to this role, Chris served as a cost estimator and journeyman estimator at PacifiCorp from March 2007 to June 2022, where responsibilities included meeting with customers to assess load requirements and advising on service needs. Chris pursued education at the University of Utah from 2005 to 2007.
