Ainsley Schmidhausler is an experienced volunteer coordinator currently with the Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute since December 2022. Prior to this role, Ainsley served as an Americorps Member and Service Leader with City Year Denver from July 2021 to December 2022. Additionally, Ainsley gained valuable experience as an Innovation Intern at the South Carolina Department of Commerce, where responsibilities included managing web services and coordinating significant events. Previous positions include serving as an Intramural Sports Student Sport Coordinator at the University of South Carolina and completing internships with LOS RAYOS DE ESPERANZA INC and Promising Pages. Ainsley holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Economics from the University of South Carolina, as well as a supplemental Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
