Prakash Rao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT management and workspace transformation. Currently serving as Director of Modern Workspace, RPA & Application Management at ROCKWOOL Group since January 2011, Prakash Rao focuses on creating modern workplace solutions and enabling process automation. Previous roles at ROCKWOOL include Director of People & Sites, where Prakash Rao integrated a cohesive People, Organization & Culture program, and Director of Service Operations and Support, which involved managing global support and improvement initiatives. Prior to ROCKWOOL, Prakash Rao held service delivery management positions at HP and Shell, providing strategic support for business units, and began a career as Senior Network Administrator at Maybank, leading significant network initiatives. Prakash Rao holds a degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
