Karan Bhatt is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in problem management, change management, and service operations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Coforge since December 2020, Karan is focused on implementing a governance model for ITIL processes across multiple clients. Prior roles include Problem Management Specialist at SSP Technologies Private Limited, where responsibilities involved root cause analysis and reporting, and Consultant at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, managing service operations and ITIL service design. Additionally, Karan held the position of Problem Management and Knowledge Manager at HCL Infosystems Ltd. Karan holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from C - DAC, NOIDA, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Suresh Gyan Vihar University.
