Pradeep Nagar is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and risk analytics. Currently serving as Head of FP&A and Treasury at Rocktop Technologies since 2020, Pradeep oversees AI-driven data analytics initiatives to enhance consumer finance portfolio performance. Prior to this role, Pradeep was the Head of Financial & Risk Analytics at American Credit Acceptance, where responsibilities included establishing an advanced analytics program and supporting strategic decision-making for the CFO. Pradeep's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of FP&A at Santander Consumer USA and Director of Finance at Citigroup, where contributions included expanding consumer lending portfolios and managing financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Pradeep holds an MBA in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
