Carlos Tapang is an experienced software engineer and technology entrepreneur with a diverse background in software development and product leadership. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Wipro since January 2024, Carlos specializes in automated testing for Windows OS DLLs, utilizing C# and .NET on the backend and React JS on the frontend. As the CEO of RockStable Token Inc since February 2023 and previously as Founder and CEO from January 2021 to February 2023, Carlos has been instrumental in developing a stablecoin with a unique payment system based on decentralized technology. Carlos also has a solid history in major tech companies, including roles such as Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft and Software Design Engineer at Nordstrom, contributing to various projects and platforms. Carlos holds a B.S. in Physics from Ateneo de Manila University and completed research in Computer Science: Signal Processing at The University of Tokyo.
